Our company sells crystal glasses and modern mirrors. Crystal glasses are dispatched within 3-5 days after ordering, and modern mirrors within 5-7 days. Our courier partner is DHL, FedEx ans skyland, and you will receive the order in 7-10 days from dispatch date.
Your FedEx or DHL tracking number of your order will be emailed to you after dispatch. You can track the order from their official page. If there is another courier partner we will share the link and tracking number with all information.
No, we don’t offer a guarantee at the moment. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we have received the product and have inspected it, we will initiate the 100% refund for you.
